Not if you don't want to! An important goal for me is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, I'll set up a plan for you. I also provide (situation specific) online consultations for at home workouts.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in several different types of training. I have worked with high level athletes (football, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, etc.), bodybuilders, and some powerlifters. I am also very familiar with General Physical Preparation (GPP) training which is most popular with everyday clientele.
Additionally, I am competent in the categories of resistance training, strength training, functional training, as well as mobility/stability training.
